Rolando Pereira is responsible for WBC’s business development and lending functions throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining the WBC team, Mr. Pereira was Senior Investment Officer for over 10 years at Prospero MF, a private equity fund, and Locfund, a debt fund, where he focused on making capital investments in the microfinance sector in the Americas region. He also acted as CEO of Perfect Point Partners, a global consulting firm specializing in risk and cost management for financial institutions. Mr. Pereira is a native Spanish speaker, and holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science and B.A. degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica, La Paz, Bolivia.
