Eric Pacheco is responsible for credit underwriting loans originated by WBC’s United States Lending Team. Mr. Pacheco has extensive underwriting and portfolio management experience in a number of sectors including commercial real estate, agriculture, and affordable multifamily housing. Prior to joining WorldBusiness Capital, Mr. Pacheco was a Credit Analyst with Farm Credit East underwriting large agribusiness and agricultural loans throughout the United States. Mr. Pacheco received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Business Economics.
