Dan Whalen is responsible for managing WorldBusiness Capital's credit underwriting and portfolio management functions. Mr. Whalen has extensive credit underwriting experience in a number of sectors including commercial and industrial real estate, agriculture, financial institutions, and multifamily residential property. Prior to joining WorldBusiness Capital, Mr. Whalen was a Credit Officer within the U.S. Farm Credit System underwriting agribusiness and agricultural loans throughout the United States. In previous positions, he underwrote Federal Government Sponsored Enterprise loans under Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD programs. Mr. Whalen has received formal credit training and received his B.S. in Business Management from Roger Williams University with a concentration in Psychology.
