The project’s sponsors include Grand Island Hotels, LLC and the experienced hotel management firm, Rudra Management, Inc. WBC’s financing is guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) under its Business and Industry (B&I) Guaranteed Loan Program.
