Brett N. Silvers
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Silvers founded WorldBusiness Capital in January of 2003. He was
previously the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First International
Bank for 13 years, during which time he led the bank's expansion, successful
IPO, and sale to a Fortune 100 Company. Mr. Silvers currently serves
on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Small and Minority Business
of the U.S. Department of Commerce and the United States Trade Representative.
He also serves on the Board of Regents of University of Hartford and
has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Private Export
Funding Corporation, the New England Advisory Council of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Boston, and the Advisory Committee of the Export-Import
Bank of the United States. Mr. Silvers received his B.A. in Political
Science from Yale University and a M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from the
Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.

Leslie A. Galbraith, CPA
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Galbraith is responsible for managing WorldBusiness Capital's
finance, audit, compliance, credit and other general administrative
functions. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Galbraith was the
President of First International Bank for 2 years and its Chief
Financial Officer for 10 years. She began her career with Coopers &
Lybrand (n/k/a PricewaterhouseCoopers). Ms. Galbraith has also served
on the Advisory Committee of the Export-Import Bank of the United
States. Ms. Galbraith holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of
Scranton.

Robert D. Monyak
Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer
Mr. Monyak is responsible for managing WorldBusiness Capital's lending,
underwriting and marketing activities and has special expertise in
Russia. He was previously Senior Vice President at First International
Bank where he developed the bank's lending activities in West Africa
and Russia. Mr. Monyak was previously Director of Programs for Eastern
Europe and the New Independent States at the International Executive
Service Corps, a provider of technical assistance in developing
countries. Mr. Monyak worked as a volunteer to establish a division of
the Big Brother/Big Sisters program in Moscow, Russia. Mr. Monyak is a
fluent speaker of Russian. He holds a B.A. degree from Duke University
and an M.A. degree in Political Science from Columbia University.

Brendan T. O'Donoghue
Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Mr. O’Donoghue is responsible for managing WorldBusiness Capital’s
credit function and for business development initiatives for Brazil. He
joins the company after several years as Senior Vice President,
Marketing and Strategy for ING Americas/Aetna International, Inc. in
Hartford and in Rio de Janeiro. His international expertise includes
financial and strategic planning, management, mergers and acquisitions,
business development as well as experience in corporate banking and
credit analysis. Mr. O’Donoghue is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He
received his Masters of International Business Studies from the
University of South Carolina. He also studied at the Escola Superior de
Adminsitração e Negocios in São Paulo, Brazil and received a B.A. in
Modern Languages from Villanova University.

| Marianne P. Smith
Senior Vice President - Operations
Ms. Smith is responsible for managing WorldBusiness Capital's loan
operations and documentation functions. Her expertise is working with
U.S. project sponsors and exporters to guide them through the loan
documentation process, including letters of credit. Prior to joining
the company, Ms. Smith headed up International Operations at First
International Bank. She has over 18 years of experience in
international trade logistics and finance, and has participated in
numerous international business seminars and conferences.

Joseph Raycraft
Senior Vice President - Lending
Mr. Raycraft is responsible for managing WorldBusiness Capital's
lending, underwriting and marketing activities in Europe and Asia, with
a particular focus on Russia. Since 1998, Mr. Raycraft has been active
providing trade finance solutions to small and medium sized industrial
companies located in emerging market countries and has extensive
experience using the programs of various export credit agencies. Prior
to joining WorldBusiness Capital, Mr. Raycraft was country manager for
First International Bank's lending activities in Turkey. Mr. Raycraft
has served as a worldwide distribution sales manager for a U.S.
manufacturer; an international trade representative for international
freight forwarding company; and as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in the
Dominican Republic. He is fluent in Spanish, and holds a B.S. in
Finance from Babson College and an M.A. in International Affairs from
Ohio University.

Scott T. Freiday
Senior Vice President - Lending
Mr. Freiday is responsible for WorldBusiness Capital's lending,
underwriting and marketing activities in India. He has been active in
underwriting U.S. government supported transactions in India since 2000
and has diverse experience in Southeast Asia, including living in the
Philippines. Prior to joining WorldBusiness Capital he held positions
in credit underwriting, capital markets and lending at First
International Bank. Mr. Freiday also helped manage and operate a
family-owned business for 10 years. He holds a B.A. in Economics from
the University of Delaware and a M.A. in Economics from Trinity College.

Philip H. Hopkins
Senior Vice President - Lending
Mr. Hopkins is responsible for WorldBusiness Capital's lending,
underwriting and marketing activities in Europe and Asia, with
particular focus on Russia. For seven years prior to joining WBC, Mr.
Hopkins worked with a subsidiary of HSBC Bank plc solely focused on
African business He was extensively involved in commodity pre-export
trade finance, and subsequently managed the credit review and proposal
process for the bank's $2 billion of African correspondent banking
relationships. Previously, Mr. Hopkins was an independent consultant to
hedge funds and an investment banker with a regional middle-market
firm. A member of the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts and the
CFA Institute, Mr. Hopkins is conversant in French and Swahili, and
holds a B.A. in International Economics from Friends World College
(England, Belgium and Kenya).

Ricardo E. Croes
Vice President - Lending
Mr. Croes is responsible for WorldBusiness Capital's lending,
underwriting and marketing activities in Latin America. Prior to
joining the company, Mr. Croes worked with The Bank of Southern
Connecticut underwriting commercial government-guaranteed loans for
small and mid size companies. He has also worked in a family-owned
business in Venezuela. Mr. Croes is a native Spanish speaker, holds a
B.A. degree in Management Sciences from Universidad Metropolitana,
Caracas, Venezuela, and received an M.B.A. from the University of New
Haven.

Peter
W. Connolly
Vice President - Credit
Mr. Connolly is responsible for monitoring borrowers' compliance with
their WorldBusiness Capital loan agreements. Mr. Connolly has been active
in underwriting U.S. Government supported transactions in Latin America
since 1996. He lived in Mexico for two years working as an independent
consultant for financial institutions doing business in Mexico. Mr.
Connolly’s previous experience includes business development, credit
underwriting and lending functions for First International Bank with
a focus on Latin America. Mr. Connolly also worked for La Jolla Bank
underwriting commercial loans for small and mid-size companies. Mr.
Connolly is fluent in Spanish and holds a B.A. in Economics from the
University of Connecticut, Storrs.

Sahat
Sakhatov
Vice President - Credit
Mr. Sakhatov is responsible for monitoring borrowers’ compliance
with their WorldBusiness Capital loan agreements. Prior to joining the
company, Mr. Sakhatov worked in the Credit Risk Management Group for
Cooperative Finance Corporation in Virginia. He has also worked in the
Loan Servicing and Credit Analysis departments for Wells Fargo Bank
in Denver, Colorado. He received his B.S. in International Business
from the University of Colorado at Denver and studied at the University
of Ankara and the New Humanitarian University in Moscow. Mr. Sakhatov
is a native Turkmen speaker and is fluent in Russian and Turkish.

Rainé
S. Anstett
Vice President - Finance
Ms. Anstett is responsible for loan operations and finance functions.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Anstett was a branch manager of Northwest
Community Bank for 19 years and also worked with a CPA firm and sales-oriented
business. Ms. Anstett holds a B.A. in Accounting from Western Connecticut
State University.

Deborah C. Leonard
Business Manager
Ms. Leonard handles administrative functions supporting the
WorldBusiness Capital team. She has many years of experience in the
film industry as a creative executive and assistant to such film
directors as Francis Coppola and Mark Rydell. Just prior to joining the
company, Ms. Leonard served as the operations manager for a
Connecticut-based real estate company. Ms. Leonard studied Art History
at the University of Connecticut and spent three years in Florence,
Italy pursuing that study.
