Susan Gagnon is the company's Vice President of Human Resources and Office Manager. Formerly the Executive Assistant to Brett Silvers, WorldBusiness Capital’s President & Chief Executive Officer, she was responsible for company wide administrative and marketing activities. Ms. Gagnon came to WorldBusiness Capital with extensive experience in the legal, healthcare, and software technology industries. Prior to joining the company, she was the Manager of Training Services at TyMetrix, a division of Wolters Kluwer. She holds a B.S. degree in Public and Institutional Administration and a Paralegal Certification from Cedar Crest College, and a Human Resources Professional Certification from CCSU.
