Marianne Smith is responsible for WorldBusiness Capital’s loan operations and documentation functions. Ms. Smith's expertise is working with U.S. exporters and project sponsors to guide them through the loan documentation process, including opening, receiving, and negotiating letters of credit. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Smith headed International Operations at First International Bank. She has over 18 years of experience in international trade logistics and finance, and has participated in numerous international business seminars and conferences.
